Classes & who they suit
Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
Evolve
reformer
Advanced· 50 min
This class is not for beginners. For your own safety and enjoyment, we recommend attending Elements until you are confident with the movements, before attending Evolve. This reformer class is designed to build on existing pilates and exercise experience. Take your strength and stability to the next level and learn new skills.
Elements
reformer
Beginner· 50 min
Focusing on foundational movement patterns, this reformer class incorporates strength, balance, and coordination. This class is perfect for beginners, whilst our expert instructors tailor the experience to challenge participants of all levels.
Pre/post-natal
prenatal/postnatal
50 min
This class is for people who are pregnant or up to 12 months postpartum. These classes are tailored for prenatal and postnatal individuals. Focusing on your unique pre- and postnatal needs, you'll strengthen your core, glutes, and address various discomforts, including back, pelvis, and shoulder pain. To ensure the safety, effectiveness and mindfulness of class we welcome bubs up to crawling age (usually 6-9 months*) to attend class with you. Whilst our instructors love babies, you are expected to tend to your baby as they require so the class can continue. If you unsure of your exercise capabilities, please contact us to book a 1-1 Pilates consultation before your first visit. During your private session, the instructor can screen your pelvic and core strength, as well as modify exercises relevant to any aches or pains.
Stretch
reformer
Low-intensity· 50 min
Low on heartrate but high on vibes, our stretch class on the reformer provides a low-intensity option with dynamic and static stretches, breathwork, and mobility exercises. It’s the great way to relax, unwind, and be mindful.
EverStrong
seniors
Seniors (all ages welcome)· 50 min
Designed for seniors (but welcoming all ages), this class builds strength, improves balance, and increases flexibility in a safe, supportive environment. There will be thoughtful modifications for the class in comparison to regular Pilates classes, like reduced weightbearing on wrists, kneeling, and climbing up/down off the standing platform. Our instructors will take care of your wrists, knees, balance, dizziness, or any other aches/pains that you may have. Leave feeling steady, confident, and energized.
