A smooth, balanced flowing practice, focusing on posture to posture, breath to breath conscious alignment, movement, meditation. Vinyasa Flow aims to create openness, energise the body to focus the mind and conquer fear.
Yin is a practice where we hold poses for 3-5 minutes to target very specific fascial trains in the body where we usually hold a lot of tension. These fascial trains correspond to the meridian system in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Emotions and past experiences are stored in our tissues and joints, therefore yin yoga allows us to open both physically and mentally. A grounding, releasing and medicinal practice, focusing on developing a mindful self-awareness through stillness and longer holds of poses. Yin yoga aims to work through the meridian system, working with the breath and chi energy targeting a specific body organ or multiple organs, offering an ideal opportunity to be nourished in a safe environment where physical, emotional and mental healing occur. This practice also allows a calm meditative state of mind.
A vibrant and spiritually grounded 75-minute yoga practice that weaves together strong, flowing asanas with music, chanting, meditation, ethical living, and meaningful philosophy. This energising style blends dynamic vinyasa with spiritual depth, activism, and a sense of community, guided by five key principles: scripture, devotion, non-violence, sound, and meditation.
