Beginner Reformer Pilates Course
NewA 5-week structured introduction to Reformer Pilates with maximum 10 participants per class. Covers essential principles including alignment, core control, strength, flexibility, and efficient movement. Two classes per week recommended to build foundations and progress with purpose.
Sculpt Circuit
Dynamic Reformer Pilates circuit combining strength, endurance, and mobility through various stations using Reformer and functional equipment. Suitable for all fitness levels, pre and post-natal safe, with modifications available.
Reform and Strength
Combines precision Reformer Pilates movements with targeted strength training using resistance bands, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises. Designed to improve muscle tone, posture, and endurance. Pre and post-natal safe with modifications.
HIIT and Flow
High-energy fusion blending Reformer Pilates with High-Intensity Interval Training. Combines core-strengthening Reformer exercises with bursts of cardio and functional movements to boost endurance and burn calories. All fitness levels, pre and post-natal safe.
Power Punch Reformer
High-energy fusion of Reformer Pilates and Boxfit combining core-strengthening and posture-enhancing Pilates with explosive cardio and strength training of boxing. Includes Pilates movements for flexibility and stability plus punches and footwork drills. All fitness levels, pre and post-natal safe.
New Mums Mat Pilates Program
5-week postnatal Mat Pilates program (maximum 6 mums per class) designed to safely rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, support recovery from abdominal separation, and improve posture. Led by experienced instructors in a calm, welcoming space designed for mums and babies.
Mums and Bubs Mat Pilates
Postnatal Mat Pilates gently reintroducing movement post-baby, designed to rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, support recovery from abdominal separation, and improve posture to prevent back pain and fatigue.
Yoga – Dynamic Flow
Vinyasa style yoga class with dynamic poses connecting breath to movement. Suitable for all levels, ages 12+, pre and post-natal friendly.
Yoga – Gentle Flow
Restorative yoga style class with gentle movement and traditional postures focusing on alignment, balance, strength and flexibility. Centering breath and body to align physical and mental aspects. Props available. All levels, ages 12+, pre and post-natal friendly.
