Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
Studio Sessions (4:1)
Small group class where one instructor teaches up to four people working on their own individual programs using studio Pilates equipment. Requires prior Initial Consultation and previous Pilates experience. Suitable for those comfortable moving through exercises unsupervised.
Private Sessions (1:1)
One-on-one session with an instructor and personalised program. Suitable for every body, preferred for those with new injuries or conditions, those new to Pilates, or anyone wanting extra attention.
Reformer/Tower Classes (6:1)
No initial consultation required (Surry Hills studio only). Ideal for Pilates enthusiasts wanting to test strength and endurance with faster paces, higher repetitions and minimal rest. Accessible for beginners but contact studio if new to Pilates, injured, or pregnant.
