More dynamic and faster-paced than Basics. Everyone works at their own pace with options to spice things up or cool things down. All about what your body needs on the day.
Fast-paced, high-energy cardio workout designed to get you sweaty and smiling. Move through two circuits of four exercises (three on Reformer, one off). Expect non-stop movement and big heart rates.
Combines warm-up on the Reformer with focused strength training using dumbbells on the mat. Four sets of four exercises, 8–10 reps each, to build true strength, then back on Reformer to finish.
Low-rep workout designed to challenge you with TRX, barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells. Maximum 6 people per class for personalised attention. You choose your own weights.
