Reformer Flex
A complete full body workout on the reformer that tones, lengthens and strengthens your body. This class is a fusion of dynamic and classical Pilates exercises, incorporating a range of Pilates props. Open-level class with modifications offered for all fitness levels.
Reformer Flex (PF)
Physio-ledPregnancy-friendly version of the Flex class, specifically programmed around the needs of pregnant members. All exercises to avoid during pregnancy have been omitted, and exercises added to help keep you strong and prepared for labour and beyond. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy.
Stretch & Lengthen
A slow-paced class dedicated to stretching and lengthening the body through Pilates exercises and stretches on the reformer. Great for improving flexibility and mobility, and perfect for recovery if you're feeling tight or sore.
Mums, Bubs & Bumps
Tailored for new mums, mums-to-be, and mums with little ones. Specially programmed for pre and post-natal women to help improve strength and mobility through gentle-paced Pilates exercises. Children of all ages welcome to attend, seated next to mum throughout the session.
