Reformer Align
Focusing on traditional Pilates principles to build core strength and work the entire body. Including traditional mat exercises on the reformer, this class is alignment and core strength focused to build the foundations of a strong and stable body. Suitable for all levels including beginners.
Reformer Flow
Blending strong Pilates and conditioning moves to strengthen and lengthen, this class allows your body to move in all planes of motion on the reformer bed. Expect balance challenges to activate and strengthen your core muscles, and flowing strength moves to challenge your entire body.
Reformer Plus
Active pace and more advanced exercises on the reformer with a focus on strength and larger dynamic movements. This class is energizing and challenging. Not suitable for beginners, clients with pre-existing conditions or prenatal clients.
Reformer Stretch & Core
Luscious stretchy flows combined with core strengthening, this class allows your body to release and stretch in all planes of motion combined with core strengthening work. Focusing on movement, spinal articulation, core conditioning and achieving a full body release.
Mums & Bubs Reformer Pilates
Designed for women to feel safe, supported and to feel strong and confident in their bodies during prenatal and postnatal periods. Focus on maintaining or building strength specifically for the changes in your body during and after pregnancy. Complimentary baby bouncers and mats supplied.
Roll & Release
A one-of-a-kind class using the roller for full body release and strength training. Through a blend of foam roller exercises and functional fascia training and release, this signature class focuses on full body strengthening, mobility and optimal spinal alignment.
