Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
Reformer - Flow
Suitable for brand new clients and regulars alike. Fundamentals of reformer pilates with optional advancements, offering a total body workout without exhaustion. Low-impact and suitable for pre- and post-natal clients with medical clearance.
Reformer - Active
For clients comfortable in Reformer Flow and ready for more challenge. Advanced variations blending low-impact movements with possible jump board and cardio, creating short bursts of heart-rate-lifting fun. Not suitable for prenatal clients.
Reformer - Strength
Slower-paced class focusing on muscle building, tone and strength through resistance training. Uses dumbbells (1.85kg–8kg) with progressive resistance. Suitable for new clients and prenatal clients with medical clearance.
Private Classes
Available at all locations outside standard class times. Can be booked for groups up to 12 people; start from $100 per class.
