Duet Classes
Two-person sessions with personalised attention from instructors. Tailored to support individual needs while allowing shared training experience.
Small Group Classes
Group sessions with maximum 4 people per class. Each session tailored to the group, maintaining the studio's emphasis on precision and individual attention.
Live Virtual Classes
Private, live Zoom-based Pilates sessions guided in real time by instructors. Designed for clients travelling or away from the studio.
The Bubble (Pre-recorded Online Classes)
