Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
Buff Bones
Physio-ledDesigned for clients diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis. Safe, effective, low-impact workout with no rotation or spine flexion to minimise fracture risk. Strengthens muscles around hip, wrists and spine, and improves balance, posture and flexibility. Suits ages 45–70 with good balance.
Beginner Class
Learn proper technique and master basic Pilates principles including breathing, core control, axial elongation, spine articulation, and alignment. Prepares you to smoothly transition to intermediate classes.
Intermediate Class
Builds on beginner principles with increased challenge and decreased support. Requires good body awareness and focuses on complex exercises that demand concentration, control, balance, coordination, strength and flexibility.
Private Session
1-on-1 with an instructor to receive personalised program specific to your body's unique needs. Ensures correct alignment and posture while moving through tailored exercises.
Semi-Private Session
2-on-1 session on the Reformer apparatus with a friend, family member or another Pilates enthusiast at more affordable prices.
