Clinical Exercise
Physio-led2:1 format run by osteopaths and physiotherapists using mat, reformer and chair Pilates. Tailored specifically to your needs with exercises chosen to match your personal goals. Classes differ week to week depending on your progression and how your body is feeling.
Small Group Pilates
Group style format with maximum of 4 people. Suitable for anyone from beginners to those transitioning from clinical exercise. Instructors provide modifications and progressions to meet you where you are at.
Pregnancy Pilates
Designed for pregnant clients from first trimester through to birth. Small class size of maximum 4 clients with extensively trained instructors to safely support you through pregnancy.
Mums & Bubs
Classes designed for postnatal recovery that allow you to bring your baby. Combines returning to movement with community and support from other mums.
Post Natal Pilates
Focused postnatal classes without your baby so you can concentrate on your recovery and return to exercise with expert support.
Claimable Pilates
Group Pilates classes eligible for rebates through most private health insurers. Available in Pregnancy and Mums & Bubs/Post Natal formats, run by expert physiotherapists.
