Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
Level 1 – Beginner Reformer
Designed for those new to Pilates or wanting to focus on foundations. All about learning correct technique, building confidence on the Reformer and moving in a supportive environment. Perfect introduction to Baseline Pilates style.
Level 2 – Intermediate Reformer
Designed for clients ready to take their practice to the next level. Best suited to those with some Reformer experience and good understanding of foundations. Expect stronger flows, more challenging movements and progressions.
Pregnancy Friendly – Reformer
Safe and low-impact workout for those exercising during pregnancy or wanting to take Reformer classes slower and more controlled. Gently strengthens and stretches the body with modifications for injury management and recovery.
Reformer Circuit
Fast-paced and invigorating Reformer experience in circuit format. Gives opportunity to perfect each exercise through repetition and progression. Choose your intensity level and work to your level.
Stretch and Release – Reformer
Slow, controlled flows using Pilates principles with focus on breath and flexibility through mindfulness. Designed to open you up and lengthen you out.
Hot Mat
Full body Pilates workout in heated infrared studio (35 degrees) combining Pilates-inspired flows with strength, core and endurance work. Low-impact movements with high intensity burn to strengthen, lengthen and challenge.
Hot Vinyasa Flow
Heated yoga class (35 degrees) designed to build strength, mobility and balance through continuous flowing movement and breath work. Dynamic full body flow linking movement with breath for flexibility, stability and mind-body connection.
