RPM Cycle Studio
An indoor cycling workout where you take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. Set to great music with the beat guiding the pace of the ride.
VIRTUAL SPRINT
A high intensity, low impact, interval cycle workout, scientifically proven to return rapid results. Combines bursts of intensity where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. This is a virtual class.
