Reformer Pilates

All levels· 50 min

Hybrid workout beginning with a short opener designed to increase joint mobility and balance, transitioning into cardio infused, strength focused or foundational Reformer Pilates formats. Improves strength, balance and flexibility.

Functional

All levels· 45 min

Science-based functional workout catering towards specific goals. Training blocks flow through testing, challenge and deload phases to ensure progression.

Strength CHOICE (Upper or Lower Body)

All levels

Monday and Thursday classes focusing on either Upper or Lower body as chosen on the day. Includes compound and accessory movements targeting the chosen area.

Full Body Strength & Conditioning

All levels

Tuesday and Friday sessions developing strength and power using compound lifts. Mixed Modality Conditioning finishes the session with high heart rate and cardiovascular work.

Metabolic Conditioning

All levels

Wednesday high-intensity workout designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, increase strength, and enhance metabolic function using interval work on skis, bikes, and rowers.
