Private or Duet Clinical Rehab
Physio-led1:1 or duo sessions with a physiotherapist to rehabilitate injuries and target specific goals using reformer, trapeze table, chair and apparatus. Requires initial 45-min assessment with core activation and ultrasound.
Clinical Rehab Semi-private
Physio-ledSmall group (max 4) using reformer, trapeze table, wonder chair and small apparatus for injury rehabilitation or advanced core and mobility work. Requires 2–3 prior 1:1 sessions.
Mumma's (Mat)
Physio-ledMat-based class for women 6+ weeks postpartum focusing on abdominal and pelvic floor rehabilitation, glute and postural strength. Babies welcome. Requires post-birth screen and pelvic floor assessment.
Studio Mumma's
Physio-ledBridges pilates and gym training using clinical equipment, weights, Nordic pulley and treadmill for muscle tone and core/pelvic floor strength. For postpartum mums. Requires post-birth screen.
Studio Bumps
Physio-ledFor pregnant women using clinical pilates equipment, Nordic pulley, weights and treadmill to build strength, mobility and posture safely throughout pregnancy. Requires pre-class assessment.
Sassy Studio 60's and Over
Physio-ledCircuit-style class for women 60+ targeting bone health, balance, muscle strength, posture, core and pelvic floor using various physio equipment. Requires 30-min assessment.
Sassy 60's Clinical Class
Physio-ledClinical rehab using reformer, trapeze table, wonder chair and apparatus for strength, coordination, spinal mobility and injury rehabilitation specific to participants 60+. Requires assessment.
Strength to Strength Cancer Rehab
Physio-ledGentle weights-based program guided by cancer-specialist physiotherapist for women undergoing or post cancer treatment, based on ABC research to reduce lymphoedema and other complications. Requires 1:1 assessment.
Beyond Pain
Physio-ledGroup exercise and education class for persistent pelvic pain combining warm-up, circuit exercises (gym and pilates equipment), breathing, relaxation and pain neuroscience education. Requires 2–3 prior 1:1 sessions.
Strong
Physio-ledPersonalised strength and conditioning program with technique guidance and physio-led modifications to build muscle mass, bone density, balance and energy. Requires exercise assessment.
Breathwork Series
Transformative breathwork practice combining techniques like Wim Hof, box breathing and rebirthing sessions with sound bath and Reiki healing. Suitable for stress reduction and better sleep.
