Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
Reformer Pilates
Small group sessions using modern movement principles to build strength, improve flexibility, and move better in everyday life. Suitable for complete beginners with a steady, mindful pace that allows time to learn and build confidence on the reformer.
Reformer Strong
Full-body workout designed to build strength, stability, and confidence with options to progress exercises. Moves at controlled pace with strong focus on form and alignment. Not suitable for beginners or prenatal clients.
Reformer Jump
Reformer pilates with a cardio twist, alternating between short bursts of jumping using the jumpboard and traditional reformer exercises. Low impact, high energy, and beginner-friendly with option to rest when needed.
Yoga Slow & Align
Gentle, grounding practice with clear guidance holding each pose for several breaths. Perfect for beginners, those with injuries, prenatal and postnatal clients, or anyone preferring slower, more mindful yoga.
Yoga Flow
Dynamic practice linking breath with movement at a faster pace than Slow & Align. Builds strength and mobility with stronger rhythm. Requires reasonable mobility as it involves getting up and down from the floor regularly.
Yoga Slow Flow
Sweet spot between Slow & Align and Flow styles. Links breath with movement at moderate pace with time to pause and refine alignment. Energising enough to wake you up but mindful enough to calm the nervous system.
Quiet & Calm Yoga
Deep relaxation class staying close to ground with no standing or flowing. Supported, floor-based poses held for 3-5 minutes using soft props. Designed to release physical tension and calm the nervous system.
