This class integrates Matwork, Reformers, Cadillacs, and small apparatus to develop strength, mobility, and whole-body endurance. With only six clients per session, you'll benefit from precise cueing, progressive programming, and individualised support.
Mat Pilates
MatA strong, breath-driven mat class that incorporates a range of Pilates props for a powerful, full-body flow. Designed for experienced clients looking to move with strength and control.
