Reformer Workouts
Transformative 40-minute reformer pilates workouts suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Classes are designed by physiotherapists with scientifically-sequenced exercises to increase strength, muscle tone, posture and overall fitness. SPTVs provide visual demonstration with audio voiceover, and instructors tailor exercises with spring resistance modifications for beginners through advanced clients.
Orientation Workout
BeginnerCompulsory first class for new clients to familiarise themselves with the reformer equipment and proper technique.
Early Morning Classes
