Essentials
Full body workout focusing on alignment and activation, teaching tools to excel your Pilates practice. Choose-your-own-adventure format with modifications available. Suitable whether you're a newbie or Pilates pro.
Level Up
Advanced 50 min workout that challenges and inspires through creative transitions with extra props. Features juicy moves and spicy sets. Not suitable for clients over 16 weeks pregnant.

Jumpboard class offering dynamic, energetic Pilates movement.
Stretch & Release
Class focused on stretching and releasing tension.
