Essentials
Full body workout focusing on alignment and activation. Teaches the tools to excel your Pilates practice. Offers modifications and choose-your-own-adventure options suitable for newbies through Pilates pros. Targets areas like hips and flexibility.
Level Up
Advanced 50-minute workout that challenges and inspires through creative transitions with extra props. Features juicy moves and spicy sets served with cardio intensity. Not suitable for clients over 16 weeks pregnant.
Rebound
Jumpboard-based class offering dynamic, energetic movement.
Stretch & Release
Class focused on flexibility and recovery.
Booty Burner
Targeted class focusing on lower body strength and glute activation.
