A moderate challenge with exercises modified for safety, available after completing around ten beginner classes. Progresses from foundational work with increased complexity.

Pilates Reformer Intermediate

Intermediate

More advanced class requiring good fitness and strength, with complex exercises and the use of the jump board for cardio and bone strength.

Pilates Reformer Dynamic Sculpt

New
Intermediate

Combines Pilates reformer classic foundation exercises with hand weights for strength, sculpting, toning and bone density. A higher energy, full-body challenge with different routines each class. Not suitable for frozen shoulder or tennis/golf elbow.

Boot Scootin' Beginners

Beginner

Line dancing class where you learn the fundamentals and beginner routines in a fun-filled, simple and easy to follow format. Builds confidence and teaches new steps each week.

Is Lisa Rancan Fitness right for you?

Absolute beginners
The studio recommends beginners join a Beginners Group Class where you'll be taught how to use the machine, Pilates principles, breathing, control and connection. All new clients are required to do a 1:1 session before joining a group class.
People with different fitness levels and injuries
Lisa corrects technique so everyone gets the best out of their workout and modifies exercises as needed, even within the same class.
Those seeking strength and conditioning
Multiple class levels available, from foundational to advanced, with progressive challenge and use of weights in Dynamic Sculpt classes.
Maybe not for you if… Not suitable if you have a frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, or golf elbow (Dynamic Sculpt class specifically noted as not recommended).
