Vinyasa Non-Heated
Dynamic, explorative and challenging 60-minute practice with balanced intelligent sequence and anatomical focus. Incorporates sun salutations, standing balances, forward bends, twists, arm balances, hip openers and safe inversions with peaceful closing.
