Is the intro offer good value? The intro offer of 3 group classes for $33 ($11 per class) or 3 semi-private sessions for $125 ($41.67 per session) is excellent value compared to casual rates of $38 per group class.
Cancellation policy · 4 hours window

Late cancellation for group classes occurs if you cancel your booking with less than 4 hours' notice. Membership is billed weekly and has a 12 week minimum term, after which the Membership will continue weekly but may be cancelled with 7 days' notice. Unused classes do not rollover.
