The ultimate mind-body reset. Enjoy a 60 minute private Reformer Pilates session tailored to your goals, followed by 30 minutes in our infrared sauna. Infrared heat penetrates deeply to ease sore muscles, improve circulation, support detoxification and leave you feeling refreshed and recharged. A complete wellness experience in one visit.
