Reformer - Flow
Beginner-friendlySuitable for brand new clients and regulars. Focuses on fundamentals of reformer pilates with optional advancements, delivering a total body workout in a low-impact, supportive environment. Suitable for pre- and post-natal clients with medical clearance and low-risk pregnancy.
Reformer - Active
For clients comfortable with Reformer Flow and ready to progress. Offers advanced variations, blending low-impact movements with jump board and cardio elements. Expect heart-rate-lifting bursts, balance and stability challenges, and dynamic sequences. Not suitable for prenatal clients.
Reformer - Strength
Build power, tone muscles, and increase strength through resistance training. Slower-paced class focusing on muscle groups at 70–80% max potential. Features new weights (1.85–8kg dumbbells) with spring options for all strength levels. Suitable for prenatal clients with medical clearance.
Private Classes
One-on-one or small group (up to 12 clients) private reformer classes available outside standard timetable times. Suitable for learning basics, team activities, celebrations, and custom programming. Start from $100.
