Classes offered twice per week via Zoom with components of Pilates and Barre focusing on strength training, balance, breathing, and flexibility. Modifications are offered depending on individual ability. Classes suit all levels, from beginners to advanced.
Pilates Reformer Group Class
Small group reformer pilates classes with max 3 clients per session. Focuses on proper alignment, breathing, and engaging your powerhouse to strengthen and tone muscles with little to no impact on joints.
Total Body Barre
Dynamic fusion of Pilates, Ballet, and Fitness using ballet barre, therabands, and balls. Helps with posture, flexibility, balance, and overall fitness. Limited to 7 participants and bookings are essential.
