Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
Reformer - Flow
Beginner-friendlySuitable for brand new and regular clients alike. Focuses on fundamentals of reformer pilates with optional advancements, delivering a total body low-impact workout. Suitable for pre & post-natal clients with medical clearance and low-risk pregnancy.
Reformer - Active
For clients comfortable in Reformer Flow and ready to advance. Offers more advanced variations blending low-impact movements with possible jump board and cardio, including short bursts of heart-rate-lifting sequences and occasional jumpboard for added power. Not suitable for prenatal clients.
Reformer - Strength
Focus on building power, muscle tone and strength through resistance training on reformer. Slower pace with increased resistance targeting specific muscle groups. Uses new weights ranging 1.85kg to 8kg dumbbells. Suitable for prenatal clients with medical clearance and low-risk pregnancy. Levelled for all clients to build at their own pace.
Private Classes
Available at all locations outside standard timetable times. Can accommodate groups up to 12 clients for team building, celebrations, or individual instruction to learn basics and get comfortable on the machine.
