Align
Supportive, open-level class focused on foundational reformer Pilates movements and technique to develop strength, stability and body awareness. With progressions and modifications throughout, perfect for all fitness levels and beginner-friendly.
Dynamic
Advanced reformer Pilates class building strength, endurance, and control through continuous, dynamic movement. Expect more challenging exercises, faster transitions and shorter breaks. Not suitable for injured, pregnant, or beginner clients.
Jump
Strong, high-energy class with low-impact cardio using the reformer Jumpboard. Full-body workout blending Pilates, endurance, and cardio training to boost heart rate. Not suitable for injured or pregnant clients.
Stretch
Restorative full-body stretch and release class focused on mindful movement, relaxation and flexibility through reformer and mat Pilates. Designed to calm nervous system and bring zen to body and mind.
