Duo 1:2 Pilates
Physio-ledTwo-person session with individually tailored Pilates programs for each person. Provides personal attention from instructor while exercising together for support and motivation. Includes home exercises to support progress.
Initial Pilates Consultation
Full movement assessment, discussion of history and goals, and creation of individual Pilates program. Recommended before starting regular sessions.
