Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
PH Signature
All-levels reformer class and the heart of Pilate Hard. Blends Pilates fundamentals with full-body movement, clear instruction and options for every level, with a focus on control, alignment, balance and mind-body connection. All bodies welcome including mums-to-be throughout pregnancy.
Build
Strength-focused reformer class using slower, controlled sequences and progressive strength work to build muscle, stability and muscular endurance in a safe, low-impact way. Suitable for all bodies including pre and postnatal clients. Recommended for over 40s to support strength, bone health and longevity.
Go Hard
Advanced challenge class for experienced clients or anyone ready to push their Pilates practice to the next level. Brings together advanced classical Pilates-inspired work, contemporary reformer sequences and endurance-based programming. Not suitable during pregnancy but suitable for experienced postnatal clients once cleared for higher intensity work.
Flow & Stretch
Reset class combining gentle reformer movement, mobility, stretching and release work to help you recover, lengthen and restore. Slower, feel-good sequences designed to release tension, improve flexibility, support joint mobility and calm the nervous system.
