Energis'd Yoga

All levels

Mix'd Yoga

A slow flow following modern and traditional yoga philosophy. Combines strong poses with mobilising techniques, suitable for building flexibility and strength while leaving you feeling centered, connected and grounded.

Restor'd Yoga & Meditation

All levels

Particularly beneficial for anxiety, insomnia, headaches and stress-related conditions. Stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system to slow heart rate, regulate blood pressure and accelerate the body's natural healing process.

Stretch'd Yoga

All levels

Signature class combining yoga and pilates to improve posture and increase flexibility. Connects breathing with stretches to release tension and help understand the difference between stretch and strain.

Sunday Sound Bath Sessions

Align'd Pilates

Signature class teaching technique and correct alignment using clinical techniques. Relieves tension in overworked muscles and strengthens weak muscles like glutes, shoulders, core and pelvic floor for longer-term results. Suitable for pre/postnatal.

Awaken'd Pilates

Intermediate

Dynamic class for students confident moving at a quicker pace. Designed to increase heart rate and challenge stamina, agility, balance and strength of core, glutes and shoulders. Not suitable for pre/postnatal or people with injuries.

Awaken'd HIIT

Intermediate

Energetic, fast-paced class using resistance bands, weights and props to increase cardio fitness and overall strength. Moves through dynamic sequences to increase heart rate, tone muscles and build energy. Not suitable for pre/postnatal.

Mix'd Pilates

All levels

Combines pilates reformer, tower, trap table, wunda chair and specialised props to build strength and stretch simultaneously. Mixing all equipment with correct breathing and alignment helps you become stronger and more supple.

Power'd Pilates

Intermediate

Focuses on strength and endurance by increasing resistance and holding deeper and longer to build stronger muscles and bones. Uses specialised equipment like wunda chair and trapeze table for overall strength and conditioning.

Root'd Pilates

All levels

Functional pilates class focusing on the foundation of movement. Teaches how to engage correct muscles when you squat, lunge, pull, push, extend and twist.

Beginners
New students are encouraged to contact the studio to discuss which classes are most suitable. Classes are personalised for your experience level and individual needs.
People with injuries or rehabilitation needs
Instructors check in with students every class to assess for injuries. Clinical techniques are used to relieve tension and support injury rehabilitation.
Pre/postnatal and parents
Several classes are explicitly marked as suitable for pre/postnatal, including Align'd Pilates and Mix'd Pilates.
People seeking stress relief and mental wellness
Restor'd Yoga is particularly beneficial for anxiety, insomnia and stress-related conditions. Sound bath sessions support nervous system regulation.
