Pre & Postnatal Clinical Exercise Class
Physio-ledDesigned for pre and postnatal women and anyone wanting to improve pelvic floor function. Combines equipment (reformer & trapeze) and matwork pilates with individualised pelvic floor training, stretching and mobility. All classes are baby-friendly.
Fit Over 50 - Clinical Exercise Class
Physio-ledA pilates circuit-style class for women over 50 targeting muscle strength and tone, core, posture, pelvic floor and bone strength. Uses various physio equipment. Requires pre-attendance physiotherapy assessment.
Mums and Bubs Pilates
Physio-ledAllows new mums to return to exercise gradually and safely while connecting with other new mums. Led by women's health physiotherapist with matwork and equipment exercises targeting global strength, abdominal rehabilitation, pelvic floor training and mobility. Babies up to 12 months can attend.
Return to Running Pilates
Physio-ledDevelops necessary strength, power and endurance required to safely participate in running, high-intensity workouts and sporting activities. Combines reformer and mat-work pilates with weights and plyometric training and motor control work.
1:1 Clinical Exercise
Physio-ledPrivate sessions offering individualised program designed and taught by women's health physiotherapist with pilates and fitness qualifications. Tailored to client's level using mat work and equipment (reformer and trapeze).
