Tailored postnatal classes from eight weeks postpartum with focus on pelvic floor activation, core restoration and full-body strengthening. Babies are welcome with bouncers, playmats and carriers provided. Can be incorporated into workout if needed, including during feeding. Stepping stone for future exercise goals like return to running or sport.

Pelvic Pain Exercise Classes

Gentle, unique class for those with overactive pelvic floor dysfunction or pelvic pain conditions. Combines matwork and reformer pilates with pelvic floor relaxation strategies and breathing techniques. Suitable for acute or chronic lower back pain, sciatica, SIJ dysfunction, vaginismus, vulvodynia, endometriosis, IBS, interstitial cystitis and related conditions. Designed to give energy and connect people experiencing similar symptoms.

Oncology Strength + Rehab

Evidence-based clinical exercise classes led by oncology-trained physiotherapists, designed to maintain strength, manage treatment side effects and support cancer recovery at every stage. Classes include balance, strength, aerobic and mindfulness work with vital monitoring throughout. Tailored to individual diagnosis, treatment stage and health considerations.
