Pelvic Pain Exercise Classes

Combines matwork and reformer pilates with pelvic floor relaxation strategies and breathing techniques. Suitable for acute or chronic lower back pain, sciatica, SIJ dysfunction, vaginismus, vulvodynia, endometriosis, IBS, interstitial cystitis and related conditions.
