Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
Reformer Pilates
The perfect introduction to the Reformer. Learn the foundations of Pilates through fundamental concepts including Breathing, Control, Centring, Precision, Flow and Concentration. Work the body from head to toe through beginner-to-progressive exercises. Suitable for Pre/Post Natal clients and those new to Pilates or returning after time away.
Reformer Plus
A more textured approach to Reformer Pilates with challenge of stability, coordination and control through unilateral movement, spinal flexion, extension and rotation. Recommended after 20 Reformer Pilates classes. Includes heavy spring sets for strength focus and intermediate-level exercises.
Pre/Post Natal Pilates
A gentle and nurturing practice designed to keep you moving through pregnancy and post-natal periods. Work on posture and strength in a safe environment. Suitable for pregnancy, post natal (6 weeks postpartum). Babies welcome.
Studio Pilates
A focused, small group class with 4:1 client-to-instructor ratio offering highly personalised training. Full-body workout blending traditional Pilates with functional strength and mobility using Wunda Chair, Spring Wall, Ped-a-Pul, and Pilates barrels. Ideal for building strength, preventing injury, and experiencing tailored small-group environment.
Functional Mat
A dynamic, full-body workout combining bodyweight exercises with small apparatus such as resistance bands, Pilates balls, and light weights. Strong focus on core activation and functional movement patterns. Suitable for all fitness levels and pre/post natal clients. Low-impact with options to progress or modify.
Barre
A low-impact, full-body workout blending ballet, Pilates, and strength training using small controlled movements and high repetitions. Targets core, glutes, arms, and thighs. No dance experience needed. Includes cardio element. Recommended to complete Functional Mat classes first.
Yin Yoga
Each yin pose is held for 3-4 minutes accompanied by sound healing instruments to help deepen into relaxation. Meditative practice designed for the end of a busy day. All levels welcome.
Yoga Flow
A 60 minute Flow class combining pranayama breathwork practices and mindfully sequenced asana. Class begins and ends with Pranayama techniques to cultivate balance and ease.
