Hot Pilates
Signature mat Pilates class designed as a dynamic, full-body workout elevated by heat and intentional sequencing. Thoughtfully layered to suit all fitness levels, building strength, challenging control, and supporting improved alignment. Room set to 34-36 degrees.
Warm Pilates
Mat Pilates class set in a warmer room at 25-27 degrees, pregnancy friendly. Same dynamic, full-body workout structure as Hot Pilates but at a lower temperature for comfort during pregnancy.
Hot Strength (Loaded)
Full body strength class blending Pilates and strength training with resistance-based exercises using weighted props. Slow and controlled movements with layering and super setting, room set to 34-36 degrees. Not pregnancy friendly.
Hot Sculpt (Ignite)
High-energy sculpt class combining Pilates-inspired sculpting, low-impact cardio and full-body burn. Dynamic sequencing challenges endurance and elevates heart rate with deep muscle burn, room set to 31-33 degrees. Not pregnancy friendly.
Hot Yoga Vinyasa
Dynamic, breath-led yoga flow practice set in heated room at 34-36 degrees. Builds heat gradually while focusing on alignment, balance, and control, leaving you feeling energised, centred, and open. Not pregnancy friendly.
Warm Yin Yoga
Slow, calming style of yoga focusing on deep stretching and holding poses for 3-5+ minutes. Targets connective tissues and deep muscles to improve flexibility, mobility, and circulation while encouraging relaxation and mindfulness. Pregnancy friendly, room set to 22-24 degrees.
Mummy & Me Nurture
Gentle, mat-based postnatal recovery class designed to rebuild core strength, improve posture, and restore mobility. Exercises thoughtfully layered for all postnatal stages with space to tend to your baby. Pregnancy friendly through all trimesters, room set to 22-24 degrees.
Stretch, Recovery & Mobility (De-Load)
Restorative deload class supporting recovery through gentle movement, mobility, and release work using massage balls, therabands, and foam rollers. Guided by on-site osteopath to improve flexibility and help body unwind. Pregnancy friendly, no heat.
