Reformer Reform
Programmed to challenge, building on basic movements learned in fundamentals. Combines balance, strength and endurance. Requires reasonable fitness and reformer pilates experience; suggest 5 fundamentals classes first.
Reformer Evolve
For pilates enthusiasts up for the challenge, incorporating familiar movements plus new variations. Requires good reform class experience and keeps you progressing.
Powerhouse Sweat
High-intensity mat pilates with heart-pumping twist incorporating weights and cardio in infrared heat (~36 degrees). All muscle groups pushed to limits with modified options offered. Challenging and high-intensity.
Powerhouse Classic
Classic matwork pilates with dynamic edge, drawing on functional fitness, conditioning and classic pilates principles. Total body toning with props. Heated to ~36 degrees infrared.
Power Yoga
Dynamic vinyasa yoga harmonizing breath and movement with strength and intention. Dynamic meditation in motion with heat element and peak pose focus. Suggest starting with Stretch & Flow if new to yoga.
Stretch & Unwind
Focuses on stretching, breathwork and meditation emphasizing flexibility and control. Incorporates yoga-inspired movements and breathing techniques. Heated to 26-30 degrees. Pregnancy friendly.
