FORM
Slow, controlled and technical class with strong emphasis on cueing, alignment and engagement. Expert instructors provide hands-on guidance and practical tips. Perfect for those new to Pilates, recovering, or needing to reconnect to their core and body awareness.
STRENGTH
Uses principles of progressive overload to get you strong and build lean muscle. Focus on either upper body, lower body or full body with strength movements both on and off the reformer. Uses heavy springs and dumbbells with progressive repetition-based programming.
POWER
High-energy, endurance-driven class with dynamic sequences, longer sets, and faster transitions. Full-body class that tests strength, stamina, and control. Designed for intermediate to advanced clients who crave a serious challenge. Not prenatal friendly.
SIGNATURE
Most popularThe UP signature flow class brings together favourite reformer movements with progressive sequencing and creative transitions. Multiple spring options and variety of layers accommodate all clients. Strong start, spicy finish and seamless movement from start to end.
JUMP
Built around the Pilates Jumpboard, a low-impact prop. Get your heart rate up and increase muscular endurance without impact on your joints. Great for those wanting to pick up the pace. Suitable for confident pregnant clients.
FUSION
50/50 split between mat and reformer exercises that combines the best of both Pilates modalities to elevate your balance, stability and strength. Encourages you to step outside your comfort zone and put your Pilates practice to the challenge.
DELOAD
Restorative class for when your body needs a moment. Expect gentle movement, lower intensity and recovery-based flows. Perfect after a big week or when you're in need of a reset. Strategically programmed throughout the block.
MUMS & BUBS
Supportive class designed for pre & postnatal mums ready to ease back into movement safely and confidently. Focus on rebuilding strength, reconnecting to your core and pelvic floor, and improving overall mobility. Low-impact, Pilates-based movement tailored to your recovery journey with bub in a calm, nurturing environment.
