Classes & who they suit

Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.

Reformer Pilates - Beginner

reformer
Beginner· 50 minutes

Beginner Reformer Pilates is designed to strengthen both the mind and body at a measured pace as you learn the techniques, allowing you to gain the full benefit of the workout. Great for beginners who haven't experienced the magic of the reformer bed.

Reformer Pilates - Intermediate

reformer
Intermediate· 50 minutes

Intermediate Reformer Pilates is for those who have an understanding of the techniques and are keen to extend these abilities in a fast pace class. Must be comfortable in a beginners class to join. Be prepared for the burn.

Reformer Pilates - Advanced

reformer
Advanced· 50 minutes

Advanced Reformer Pilates is an extremely intense class for those who have a solid understanding of the techniques with the ability to combine two or more movements simultaneously. A workout that will keep you coming back for more.

Barre

barre
45 minutes

Pulses at the barre, mat work, light weights — set to music loud enough to push you through the bits you'd normally quit on. Low-impact, surprisingly brutal, and the kind of class you book again before you've left the studio. No dance background required. Hydration recommended.

Stretch

stretch
50 minutes

A guided, instructor-led stretch and mobility class — slow, deliberate, deeply restorative. We work through the tight spots most people ignore: hips, shoulders, lower back, hamstrings. Suitable for every level, and especially for the bodies that lift, run, sit at desks, or push hard in other classes. The only dedicated stretch class on Majors Bay Road.

TeenFormer

teens

A class specifically for young, growing bodies. We built it because Reformer Pilates does something most teen activities don't — it trains controlled strength, mobility, and joint stability in a way that supports everything else they're doing. A capped class. A welcoming environment. A confidence-building hour for the age group that needs it most.

Is The Pilates Project right for you?
