Classes & who they suit

Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.

Studio

55 minutes

STUDIO SESSIONS WITH 4 STUDENTS AND ONE INSTRUCTOR. Note, all new clients must undergo an Initial Consultation prior to participating in classes.

Private

55 minutes

Private appointments are one on one studio sessions.

Initial Consultation

REQUIRED FOR NEW CLIENTS FOR STUDIO SESSIONS ONLY (NOT REQUIRED FOR MATWORK). The Initial Consultation is required for all new clients who wish to do studio sessions regardless of previous Pilates experience. Initial Consultation is not required for new clients who want to do Matwork sessions only.

Stretch & Meditation

Stretch and unwind time finishes with 15 minute guided meditation.

Reiki

1 hour

Sessions run for 1 hour, during which time you will be laying comfortably on a massage table. You will be covered by a blanket (and optional eye-mask) and Irina will provide gentle, hands-on reiki. This process is soothing and you don’t need to do anything during the session except relax. Some clients lay mindfully, some clients drift-off to sleep. It all depends on what your current energy levels are and what your body needs in order to heal.

Myofascial Massage

1 hour

During a myofascial massage session aimed at body unwinding, the therapist applies sustained, gentle pressure to areas where the fascia has become tight or restricted. By gradually releasing these restrictions, the body is allowed to “unwind,” meaning it returns to a more balanced, relaxed state. This process helps break down the knots and adhesions in the fascia, promoting better circulation, flexibility, and alignment.
