Intro Class

New
Beginner· 30 min

A complimentary 30-minute full-body session introducing you to Club Pilates equipment, studio, and instructors. Perfect for experiencing Pilates for the first time in a welcoming environment.

Level 1 Foundation

Beginner

Ideal for beginners building a solid Pilates foundation. Focuses on form and alignment to master fundamentals, easily modified for physical limitations, and suitable for all fitness levels.

Level 1.5 Progression

Intermediate

Builds on Level 1 with more complex movements and equipment use. Moderate tempo with steady flow, introducing intermediate exercises and balance challenges. Requires Level 1 experience.

Level 2 Evolution

Intermediate

Moderate to fast-paced class fully challenging body and mind. Incorporates quick transitions and advanced exercises with focus on strength, balance, and stability. Requires Level 1.5 experience and instructor approval.

Level 2.5 Mastery

Intermediate

Most advanced class level challenging precision and coordination. Perfect for those who have mastered form and alignment. Requires 3+ months Level 2 experience and instructor approval. Not recommended for those with physical limitations.

Reformer Flow

Signature contemporary Reformer class combining classical Pilates with modern approach. Flows between Reformer, Springboard, Chair, Mat and more, strengthening and lengthening entire body while improving balance and coordination.

Cardio Sculpt

Intermediate

High-energy, low-impact class using Jumpboard for plyometric movements against customizable spring tension. Perfect for cardio enthusiasts with quick transitions and endless variations. Recommended for those familiar with basic Pilates.

Center + Balance

All levels

Light movement and deep stretching using apparatus to re-center and balance the body. Leaves you feeling long and loose, reduces soreness, improves performance, and decreases injury risk.

Control

Intermediate

Standing Pilates class inspired by Joseph Pilates' work with dancers. Sculpts legs and glutes using Reformer, gliding discs, fitness ball, and free weights. Enhances everyday functional movement and control.

Restore

All levels

Combines Reformer movements with TriggerPoint myofascial release therapy. Repairs muscles and joints, reduces soreness, increases performance, and reduces injury risk. Not recommended for osteoporosis, diabetes, high blood pressure, varicose veins, or pregnancy.

Suspend

Intermediate

Combines Pilates with TRX suspension training system created by former Navy SEAL. Enhances strength, coordination, mobility, and balance through stability challenges. Excellent for runners, golfers, tennis players, and cyclists.

Circuit

Intermediate

Heart-pumping full-body class in three progressive rounds combining strength, mobility, and cardio across favorite apparatus. Perfect for those seeking Reformer Flow structure with athletic intensity.

Teen

All levels

Cross-training class for teenagers aged 14-19 building healthy habits in young participants. Develops self-esteem, strength, and coordination in safe environment focusing on proper movement and alignment using Reformer and Springboard.

Those seeking recovery
Center + Balance and Restore classes provide stretching and myofascial release to reduce soreness and improve muscle recovery.
Maybe not for you if… Not recommended for Restore class if you have osteoporosis, diabetes, high blood pressure, varicose veins, or are pregnant. Level 2.5 Mastery not recommended for those with physical limitations.
