This small group setting is designed to offer focused attention while benefiting from a supportive group environment. Participants are able to work with one of our Physiotherapists to address their individual needs while progressing at an appropriate pace. These small group sessions perfectly blend individual attention and progression with the energy and accountability of a group setting – an effective exercise regime. Please note: an individual assessment with the Physiotherapist must be completed prior to joining a group Clinical Pilates session.

Join our reformer Pilates classes, limited to just eight participants for a more focused experience. This thoughtfully paced session focuses on building strength, mobility, and confidence through precise, well-guided movement. Our experienced instructors prioritise correct form and alignment, offering hands-on corrections and personalised cues to support your individual needs. Suitable for all levels, each class includes clear spring recommendations, modifications, and gentle progressions so you can move safely and effectively at your own pace.

First-time pilates participants are welcome; instructors take time to explain exercises and ensure correct form. 1:1 session must be completed first before group classes.
