Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
Mat Class

Classes use body weight and sometimes small apparatus like soft balls, resistance bands, magic circles, toning balls, small weights, foam rollers or yoga blocks.
Midday Move: Reformer Combo Class
Efficient and energising session combining reformer, small apparatus and mat. An excellent blend of group reformer and mat class ideal for beginners who want core-strengthening action that fits into work hours or before school pickup. Capped at maximum 4 participants.
Studio Circuit Class
