Open level. No experience needed.

A calming session combining guided meditation and Reiki energy work to rebalance mind and body. Deeply restorative. For the days your mind is loud and your body is tired.

Barre Express & Stretch

45-minute

Want a Barre session but need an extra stretch. This high intense, low impact class expedites the Barre work out to 30mins and includes a longer restoration stretch (15min). All of the elements you love about our signature Barre workout in a compact and fast paced 45-minute class. Feel the burn of a full body workout and experience muscle sculpting, lengthening and strengthening, whilst improving your stamina, stability and balance. Closing out the class with more restore.

Barre Strength + Stretch

Open-level class with modifications for all fitness levels. Beginner to hardcore regular. Pre- and postnatal friendly with modifications· 60 min

Dynamic full body workout. Principals of Pilates combined with muscle strength, functional flow, core balance and our signature Barre method that includes the energy of dancing to the beat of awesome playlists. Feel muscle burn and sculpt, improve cardio endurance. Lengthening and strengthening your body. Then relax and enjoy 20 min of deep stretching invigorate the body, release stress and calm the mind. Strength, openness in the joints and a flexible, well balanced body.

Barre Strength Flow

Open level. Beginner and pre and postnatal friendly. Great after injury or for posture focused work.

Combines the philosophy of Pilates and Barre, set to a slower rhythm with controlled added weight options. A full-body class that strengthens the core, builds technique and improves flexibility. Decreasing bone density declines and supports hormones.

Barre Strength Sculpt

Open level. Modifications offered for beginners and pre and postnatal clients. Progressions for regulars who want to push.

Rhythmic, low-impact strength with a burn, inspired by ballet, with Pilates philosophy, no dance or Pilates experience needed. Light weights, Pilates props and short cardio bursts. You'll leave feeling stronger, taller posture, and more connected to your body. Set to music that makes you want to move.

Breathwork Reset Session

Open level. Especially good if you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or finding sleep difficult.

Guided breath to regulate your nervous system, settle your mind and clear mental load. Suitable for newcomers and regular practitioners. No experience needed — just bring your breath.

Dance Class For Fun Movement

A just for fun dance class to get the body moving to a different beat each month. No dance experience required. Beginners welcome. A different theme each month. Think dance party vibes, low lights, disco balls. Learn a beginner friendly routine. Have fun, work up a sweat while no one is watching. Wear something comfy and your trainers. Theme's can include; disco, hip hop, fame, aerobics Oz style

Functional Strength Circuit

Open level. Modifications offered. Suitable for those who want a real strength workout without gym intimidation.

Smart strength for real life. Heavier weights, low-impact options, body-weight movements and short interval bursts. Designed to build muscle, support bone density and improve everyday energy. Always finishes with a stretch.

Pilates Mat Core Flow

Open level. Excellent for beginners, post-injury, pre and postnatal.

Mat-based Pilates that builds the foundations: posture, core, breath, balance. Uses light props to deepen the work. The class to start with if you're new — and the class regulars come back to for technique.

Pilates Strength Circuit

Open level. Designed to push regulars. Modifications available for beginners.· 45 min

Strength-focused Pilates to support bone density, muscle tone and longevity. Heavier weights with Pilates control. Builds and maintains muscle, supports skeletal integrity, and gets the heart rate up. Always ends in a stretch.

Stretch Restore

Open level. Pre and postnatal friendly. Excellent paired with one of the strength classes during the week.

A guided mat-based stretch class to lengthen the body, release tension, support posture and reduce the risk of injury. Perfect for the days your body feels tight, tired or overworked.
