Small Group Reformer

Studio Reformer sessions for strength and stretch. Individually tailored programs using traditional Pilates equipment including Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and other props. Maximum 3-4 people per session.

Online ZOOM Classes

All levels

Online classes available via ZOOM for those unable to attend studio sessions.

Pregnancy & Postnatal

All levels

Safely exercise before and after arrival of baby. Qualified instruction in pelvic stability exercises, safe overall fitness and strength, pelvic floor concerns, diastasis recti, groin and low back pain, posture, breathing and relaxation.

Injury Rehabilitation

Therapeutic programs to rehabilitate injuries, improve recovery after surgery, or manage ongoing pain. Exercises tailored to individual goals and body needs.

Cancellation policy · 24-hour window

24 hours notice required to cancel with no charge. Client must cancel online and then message teacher Lindy (0402 666 056) or Leanne (0456 547 578). If unwell with cough or cold symptoms, client should inform studio immediately and won't be charged for class cancellation as long as notice is given.

Therapeutic, supportive and movement-focused. Emphasis on meeting clients where they are, using imagery and fluidity from dance background. Friendly, experienced instructors guide clients through individualised programs with attention to whole-body health—muscles, fascia, skeletal system, breathing, organs and immune stimulation.
