Open-level flow style reformer class using exercises from beginner, intermediate & advanced pilates repertoire. Designed to inspire precision, balance and alignment. Suitable for all ages, fitness levels, pre and post natal clients.

Matwork

All levels· 45 min

Modern, considered take on traditional Mat Pilates. Low impact class focusing on core strength, posture, stability, and body awareness through controlled, purposeful movement. Not recommended for pregnancy.

Barre

All levels· 45 min

Sophisticated fusion of Pilates precision and ballet-inspired conditioning. Designed to sculpt and refine through intelligent, full-body programming, creating deep activation and full-body burn. Not recommended for pregnancy.

Sculpt

All levels· 30 & 45 min

High-energy strength training class designed to build stamina, strength, and endurance. Uplifting workout that boosts endorphins. Not recommended for pregnancy.
