Stretch & Flow

Filled with slow holds and gentle flows for mindful movement. Lights down low with neon guidance and calming instructor direction. Improves flexibility, mobility and joint range.

Advanced Strong

Intermediate

A full body workout focused on strength with slow and controlled movements building strength, mobility and resilience. Recommended to take 10 Group Reformer classes first. Not suitable for pregnancy or injury.
