Group Classes
Small group classes of up to 4 participants catering to all levels, from beginners to those wanting to challenge themselves with advanced repertoire. Whether you are post-partum, building strength, or simply aiming to stay fit, sessions focus on strength and stability with expert instruction and a supportive community.
Prenatal Classes
Physio-ledSmall group classes (4:1 ratio) designed to keep you strong, empowered, and in control throughout pregnancy. Regular practice can help reduce the risk of gestational diabetes and pre-eclampsia, ease back and pelvic pain, and boost your mood. Available up to 20 weeks with doctor clearance; after 20 weeks, continue with group classes or switch to 1:1 sessions.
1:1 Private Session
Perfect for those returning to exercise, addressing specific needs, or seeking clinical support. Personalised sessions allow for a focused, hands-on approach to help you regain strength, improve mobility, and achieve your individual goals in a safe and supportive environment. Uses the reformer and other Pilates apparatus.
2:1 Duet Training
Enjoy a more personal, shared Pilates experience with a friend or partner. Sessions offer the same customised approach as private sessions, ensuring both participants receive the attention and guidance needed to progress in their practice together.
