Barre
A flowing combination of Ballet conditioning and Pilates suitable for everyone. Teachers provide various options for each exercise. Begins with a luxurious warm-up, moves through a full-body workout, and finishes with a re-energising stretch and mini meditation.
Barre Balletic
A flowing combination of Ballet conditioning and Pilates with a stronger focus on balletic elements. Begins with a dancerly warm-up in the centre, moves to the barre for whole body workout, and finishes with flowing stretch and mini meditation.
Barre & Stretch
Full of luscious, full-body movements with extra time to stretch at the end. Begins with a luxurious warm-up, moves through a workout for the whole body, and finishes with a re-energising stretch and mini meditation.
Move, Stretch, Breathe
A rejuvenating and restorative class blending mindfulness, intuitive movement, and stretching. Includes grounding breathwork, flowing stretches, standing sequences, and finishes with longer-held stretches and meditation.
Pilates Flow
An exercise methodology focusing on alignment, coordination, and whole-body strength. Move through all planes of motion with controlled, strengthening movements. Begins with a luxurious warm-up, moves through a full-body workout, and finishes with a re-energising stretch and mini meditation.
