Challenges body and mind across all planes of movement with focus on spinal mobility, core strength, and joint mobility. Low-impact with slower tempo but delivers a deep, intelligent burn. Suitable for all levels, beginner to advanced.

Strength Endurance

Dumbbell circuit class designed to build strength endurance with heavier weights working close to failure.

Pilates Boost

Intermediate

Circuit-style class with intention of increasing heart rate and working on cardiovascular endurance. Not suitable for beginners or pre/postnatal clients.

Is rituel pilates right for you?

Absolute beginners
Instructors recommend starting with Pilates Flow classes which are programmed for all levels with modifications and progressions available.
Pregnant clients (up to 20 weeks)
Welcome in all classes up until 20 weeks pregnant. Semi-private reformer lessons available for those 20 weeks or more.
