Challenges body and mind across all planes of movement with focus on spinal mobility, core strength, and joint mobility. Low-impact with slower tempo but delivers a deep, intelligent burn. Suitable for all levels, beginner to advanced.
Strength Endurance
Dumbbell circuit class designed to build strength endurance with heavier weights working close to failure.
Pilates Boost
Circuit-style class with intention of increasing heart rate and working on cardiovascular endurance. Not suitable for beginners or pre/postnatal clients.
Mums & Bubs - Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates class for mothers and babies.
Yoga - Vinyasa
Vinyasa yoga class.
Yoga - Slow Flow
