Beginner Foundation
Perfect for beginners wanting to build a solid Pilates foundation. Focuses on learning how to move your body and teaching Pilates foundations and principles. Exercises are strongly influenced by Clinical Pilates taught by physiotherapists, ideal for injury prevention, great posture and technique.
Enhance
An introduction to the reformer and great level for 55+. Slower paced class that emphasises control and alignment. Focus on building endurance, strength, balance and coordination.
Stretch
Use the reformer to lengthen and mobilise your muscles and joints, reduce tight and tense muscles, increase flexibility and aid in recovery. Designed for those who already attend regular classes and are looking to explore deeper levels of flexibility and mobility.
Foundation + Jump
Experience the perfect blend of Foundational Pilates and cardio-boosting jump board exercises. Improve bone and joint health using the jump boards. For those with reformer experience who have attended a minimum of 5 Foundation classes.
Progression
Designed for those who want to take their practice to the next level. Teaches how to maintain good form while moving at a faster pace.
Progression + Jump
An advanced intermediate level cardio class. For those with strong Pilates experience and are ready to take their Pilates to another level.
